Charles Rosier attended additional classes at Integrale for 2 years, this being his preparation for ESCP Europe. Charles Rosier joined BTG Pactual Bank and worked there until 2010 as a partner. In August 2010, Charles Rosier became a member of BTG Pactual. In addition to this, he became a partner there. BTG Pactual is an investment bank situated in Latin America. His first step towards his future was his appointment at Lehman Brothers in 1996. He became the manager of their Debt Capital Market Division at UBS Warburg in 1997. Charles Rosier handled UBS Warburg’s French-speaking markets of France, Belgium and Quebec.

Charles Rosier’s Education
Charles Rosier went to Lehman Brothers in 1996 and joined UBS Warburg Investment Bank. It was at Paris’s Fenelon Sainte-Marie where he finished his secondary education. To get more training and to be prepared for further French education, he studied hard for another two years. Charles Rosier's first Baccalaureate degree was equivalent to A-levels in the UK.
Charles Rosier worked in the role of Debt Capital Manager at SBC Warburg from 1997 to 2009. He also became an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, which marked the launching of his dream profession. Goldman Sachs (often called GMS) is one of the best banks, worldwide, having many active branches in various countries. As their Managing Director, he focused on handling public assets. He put in place five rules (Customer Focus, Global Thinking Presence, Long Term View, Meritocracy and Partnership and World-Class Governance) at BTG Pactual. Charles Rosier was a hard-working partner of an investment bank in Latin America known as BTG Pactual.
Charles Rosier’s first healthcare project was the Mapreg Drug project. When Baulieu and his colleagues were experiencing financial problems on developing a new drug, he financed them. Because of the investment provided by him, the organisation was able to perform studies and give a percentage of their profit to Charles Rosier.
